Come prepared to describe the situation in plain terms. What's the problem, what's at stake, and what outcome are you trying to reach? We'll ask a few clarifying questions and give you an honest read on whether we can help — and what that help would look like.

No deck needed. No prep required beyond knowing your situation. The call is informal by design; the work that follows isn't.

Who this call is for

Founders and operators dealing with something that doesn't fit neatly into a standard advisory engagement. Family offices and private companies managing sensitive transitions. Anyone who needs advice delivered quietly, accurately, and without an agenda.

We work with clients across the US, UK, and Europe. All calls are conducted in English. Timing is flexible — availability reflects CET (Amsterdam) but we accommodate other time zones.

After the call

If there's a fit, we move to a mutual NDA and then a scoping conversation. Engagements are structured around your situation — fixed-fee for defined deliverables, hourly for advisory work, retained for ongoing support. We're transparent about pricing from the first conversation.

If it's not a fit, you'll know immediately. We won't string anyone along.
